A New Collaboration for Karnataka's Digital Youth
India Internet Research Organisation (IIRO) and the Internet Society Bengaluru Chapter (ISOC Bengaluru) are coming together to launch a Professional Certificate Program in Internet Governance and Digital Policy — a Youth Awareness Initiative aimed at university students and young professionals between the ages of 18 and 30 in the state of Karnataka.
The program is designed to bridge the gap between India's rapidly growing digital ecosystem and the need for an informed, engaged generation of young voices who can participate meaningfully in shaping Internet policy — at the state, national, and global level.
Delivered entirely online through live interactive sessions and structured as a cohort-based experience, this two-month program offers participants the knowledge, vocabulary, and networks that matter in today's digital governance landscape.
